Former Prime Minister P.J. Patterson, Q.C, has been seen but not heard from in public for many years since demiting office. However, the recent visit of Prime Minister David Cameron seems to have pressed Mr. Patterson into making a public statement in the form of an open letter to the British Prime Minister. Mr. Patterson's letter indicates that he, similar to popular pubic reaction, was not pleased with the British Prime Minister's handling of the reparation concerns of Jamaicans.
