$300 million on Tivoli Commission of Enquiry

Here we go again! The Jamaican government spending 300 million dollars to pay attorneys on the Tivoli Commission of Enquiry and then continue to cry that they do not have money to pay public servants. Paul Burke's response to Cliff Hughes on the need to collect garbage in the inner city area is that the government do not have enough money to collect their garbage!!!?? He refused to respond to Mr. Hughes's outrage that the government has $300 million to pay the commission yet it does not have the funds for garbage pickup. This is outrageous!!
